WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

You may pay for your order using Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal or Apple Pay.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

At this time, we only ship inside the United States.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES?

Please allow up to two weeks to receive OBJECTS and ART. In some cases the art will be made to order and could take up to 4 weeks to arrive. You will be notified of shipping time immediately after ordering. Most packages sent USPS or UPS. During shelter-in-place regulations, delays may be unavoidable.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is based on price. Orders $10-$100 are $5; order $101-$1000 are $20; orders over $1,000 are FREE.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

All sales are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please review all photos and descriptions. Condition issues will be clearly documented, so please do not purchase if you have doubts about any item.

HOW CAN I BECOME A FEATURED ARTIST?

If you are interested in selling your work through PERCH, please use the CONTACT page to send us your name, email and artist web address. We are committed to helping artists in the San Francisco Bay Area but will consider artists in other U.S. locations.
